In need of an update, and owned by Uniting Financial Services at the time, 73 Elizabeth Street Sydney is situated in the legal and retail precinct of Sydney.

Stephen Cromie worked with Knight Frank to assist in the design and delivery of upgrade works. Working collaboratively to review the external façade and internal common areas including lobbies and bathrooms, Stallion Property Group also assisted in the upgrade of the lifts.
