Having recently settled a legal matter regarding building defects at the property (property being five (5) years old), the scheme looked to Stallion Property Group to oversee the undertaking of the remedial works, and to assist it in the tendering and management of these works, so as to ensure the owners corporation maximizes value, undertakes works methodically and is well informed throughout the process.
The remedial works included:
– Replacement of hot water piping to all apartments
– Rectification of general building defects passed on from the original development
– Fire compliance defect works
