Located opposite the Barrangaroo site and Milson’s Point, The Bond Apartments is a 12 storey multi-residential apartment complex managed by Whelan Property Group. The building consists of 50 individual apartments, ground-floor retail space and basement parking.
SPG was appointed to review the existing hydraulic design to replace the hot water pipework which was failing in numerous locations causing flooding to apartments and common areas. Through our in-depth investigations, we provided an alternate solution which was cost-effective and less obstructive to residents.
